• Bachelor's degree OR Associate's degree with 4+ years sales OR high school with 6+ years sales.
• Senior Specialty Representative: Bachelor's with 3 years sales/clinical OR Associate with 6 years OR HS with 8 years.
• Some pharma/biotech exposure or sales training is preferred for Specialty Representative.

Responsabilidades

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals.
• Drive territory sales by delivering branded messages and programs.
• Schedule and follow-up with medical educational programs to achieve sales targets.
• Develop relationships to service accounts and manage access and contracts.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory planning with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a representative.
• Uphold Amgen values and maintain product brand integrity across the sales cycle.
