• Create a guest-obsessed culture and lead the team to deliver goals.
• Create schedules and adjust to guest traffic and business needs.
• Plan merchandising and pricing workload; oversee transitions and promotions.
• Develop and coach team members to elevate skills and performance.
• Lead A&A, Beauty and Electronics backroom processes and stock replenishment.
• Ensure inspiring visual moments and a welcoming fitting room experience.
• Recruit, select and develop hourly team members and leaders.
