Amgen in the United States is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to provide clinical knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals and guide them through complex payer environments. You will drive territory sales by delivering branded messages, conducting educational programs, and building strong accounts both in-person and virtually.

The role emphasizes strong relationship-building, market knowledge, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4 years of sales experience with an associate degree; or 6 years of sales experience with a high school diploma/GED.
• Preferred: experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or related healthcare fields.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
• Lead as a sales leader to achieve territory sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement.
• Develop accounts and customize discussions based on customer needs and reimbursement landscape.
• Share feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
