Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, sharing clinical knowledge and promoting Amgen products while navigating payer environments. You will implement marketing strategies, engage in branded programs, and strive to meet sales targets within your territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 4+ years of sales experience or, in some cases, higher education + relevant clinical experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with medical professionals.
• Ability to operate in a compliant sales environment and understand payer processes.

Responsabilités

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals.
• Lead as a sales leader to achieve territory sales through branded messages and programs.
• Develop relationships to manage accounts, address access and reimbursement issues, and ensure contracts are in place.
• Offer feedback on marketing strategy and help develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and drive sales outcomes.
