Amgen in the United States is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to provide clinical knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals and help navigate the payer environment across a broad territory including Dallas, Arlington, Irving, Grand Prairie, and Mesquite.

The role emphasizes delivering branded messages, supporting educational programs, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 4–6 years sales or clinical experience.
• Healthcare/biotech exposure preferred.
• Able to communicate complex clinical concepts to medical professionals.
• Experience in specialty product markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen’s products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
• Deliver branded sales messages and conduct planned programs to meet or exceed targets.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts including access and contracts.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory plans with the District Manager.
• Promote Amgen products and sustain passion for the brand throughout the sales cycle.
• Uphold Amgen values and collaborate with teams to drive results.
