Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative in the U.S. (Arizona) to be the primary contact for medical professionals, delivering clinical product knowledge and guiding customers through payer navigation.

This role supports the District Manager’s marketing strategy and drives product utilization through in-person and virtual engagements. The position requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combinations of education and experience) with sales or clinical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of Sales experience with Associate degree.
• High school diploma/GED with 6 years of Sales experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals and communicate clinical benefits.
• Lead branded sales messages and programs to achieve territory targets through in-person and virtual engagement.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts, ensuring product access and resolving reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and analyze sales activities and territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Specialty Representative.
• Demonstrate passion for Amgen products throughout the sales cycle and maintain brand integrity.
