Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative in the United States to connect with medical professionals, promote products, and navigate payer environments. You will drive territory sales, engage in planned programs, and work with district leadership to implement strategies.

Responsibilities include product knowledge delivery, account management, and collaboration with teams to optimize outcomes for patients. The role emphasizes ethical conduct and brand advocacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's degree with 4 years of Sales experience OR High school diploma/GED with 6 years of Sales experience.
• Senior: Bachelor's degree with 3 years of sales or clinical experience; or Associate with 6 years; or high school diploma with 8 years.
• Preferred qualifications include experience in oncology, cardiology, inflammation, nephrology, dermatology, rheumatology, neurology, endocrinology, hepatology, gastroenterology, bone health, respiratory, hematology, or infectious diseases.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals and communicate clinical benefits to drive appropriate utilization.
• Deliver branded sales messages and conduct programs to achieve territory sales targets.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts, ensuring product access and resolving reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance performance.

Education
