Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, promote Amgen products, and navigate the payer environment. This role involves implementing marketing strategy, enabling access, and driving territory sales within the assigned California geographies listed, including Santa Rosa, Richmond, Petaluma and Novato.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or
• Associate's degree with 4 years of Sales experience OR
• High school diploma/GED with 6 years of Sales experience

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals and communicate clinical benefits
• Deliver branded sales messages and participate in programs to achieve or exceed sales targets
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts and ensure product access and reimbursement
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and learn and grow in the role
• Demonstrate passion for Amgen products and uphold company values throughout the sales cycle
