Amgen seeks a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, communicating clinical benefits and guiding product access. You will drive territory sales through in-person and virtual engagement, delivering branded messages and coordinating educational programs.

You will develop relationships, tailor discussions to customer needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support payer navigation and contracts while upholding Amgen values

Competenze

• Sales experience in healthcare/pharmaceuticals is required or strongly preferred.
• Experience communicating complex clinical information to medical professionals is essential.
• Familiarity with payer environments and reimbursement processes is desirable.

Mansioni

• Provide current knowledge of Amgen's products and communicate clinical benefits to medical professionals.
• Lead territory sales by delivering branded messages and conducting programs to achieve targets (in-person and virtual).
• Develop relationships to service accounts, customize discussions, ensure product access, and address reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Specialty Representative.
