Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, promote products, and navigate the payer environment. You will implement marketing strategy and drive sales in supported territories as a primary customer contact.

The role emphasizes building relationships, communicating product value, and achieving targets through in-person and virtual engagement while upholding Amgen’s commitments to patients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher as required; 4+ years of sales experience for others.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in clinical and payer contexts.
• Ability to develop territory plans and drive customer engagement across networks.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals.
• Deliver branded sales messages and conduct programs to achieve sales targets.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts and ensure product access and reimbursement.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow in the role.
