Job summary

Humana is seeking a Senior Pharmacy Sales Executive - Specialty to drive physician engagement and route prescriptions to Humana Pharmacy in the Colorado territory. You will build front-to-back relationships, educate staff on Specialty Pharmacy options, and analyze data to guide strategic decisions.

Based in a remote/home-office setup with field travel across Fort Collins, Denver, and Pueblo, you’ll manage a full-time role with base pay plus bonus and comprehensive benefits from Humana.

Qualifications

• Experience driving sales in healthcare or pharmacy settings.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends for decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with front and back-office staff within the territory.
• Conduct sales calls within Fort Collins, Denver, Pueblo territory.
• Provide staff education on Specialty Pharmacy options.
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM to track activities and results.
• Travel within territory; occasional overnight travel as needed.
