Job summary

Humana CenterWell Pharmacy seeks a Senior Pharmacy Sales Executive - Specialty to lead physician outreach and drive specialty referrals in the Fort Collins, Denver and Pueblo area.

You will build relationships with front and back-office staff, educate teams on Specialty Pharmacy options, and become a trusted source on Humana pharmacy benefits while representing the company across travel-heavy territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Specialty Pharmacy or healthcare experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 5 days per week within territory.

The Senior Pharmacy Sales Executive - Specialty leverages targeted geographic analysis, engages with Physician offices to influence physicians to route patients' prescriptions to Humana Pharmacy for fulfillment. The Senior Pharmacy Sales Executive - Specialty work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. You will spend time building relationships on front office to back office medical clinic sales calls/visits within the territory, and provide staff education and information on options for patient use of Specialty Pharmacy medications.

The sales territory include s Fort Collins, Denver and Pueblo.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications.
• Must be comfortable with being in the field 5 days/week within territory lines, and occasional overnight travel as needed.
• Must live within the defined sales territory or willing to relocate at your own expense.
• Attendance at offsite team meetings, which could require flights and overnight travel.
• This role is part of Humana's Fleet Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to take possession of a company fleet vehicle & have a valid state driver's license.
• Previous Sales experience with documented success of meeting/exceeding goals
• Ability to analyze sales data & market trends to make effective business decisions.
• Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM tool.
• Bachelor’s degree -OR- Equivalent Experience
• Specialty Pharmacy or Healthcare experience preferred.
• Flexible, dynamic personality who works well in a team environment.

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. The range below reflects a good faith estimate of total compensation for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance, with the base salary and commission structure aligned with company policies and applicable pay transparency requirements.
