Job summary

HUB International Puerto Rico is seeking a Client Executive to manage assigned account renewals end-to-end and to coordinate with carriers, underwriters, and internal teams. The role requires attention to detail, urgency, and a strong customer service orientation to meet performance standards.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 5–7 years in insurance, and proficiency with EPIC and Office 365. Bilingual English/Spanish is required for daily client interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years in the insurance industry.
• Experience with EPIC preferred.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, organize, and file client records, including policies, endorsements, certificates, and correspondence.
• Keep the Summary of Coverage up to date throughout the policy year.
• Facilitate internal communications across departments to route client requests.
• Review policies for accuracy and request corrections as needed.
• Prepare submissions and proposals; coordinate renewals from start to finish.
