Qualifications

• 3+ years of Personal Property & Casualty experience required.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty license.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office; familiarity with agency systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead client service for renewal and servicing activities with independence.
• Review renewals, advise on coverage, and propose market options.
• Process billing, endorsements, and document management in EPIC.
• Coordinate communications with clients and carriers; ensure accuracy.
