Qualifications

• Experience in renewal management and insurance submissions
• Proficiency with insurance markets and carrier communications
• Familiarity with AIM/ImageRight and broker management systems

Responsibilities

• Renewals: initiate, organize, and track renewal submissions and market responses
• Quotes: process new and renewal quotes and support high-volume periods
• Binding: convert approved quotes to bind requests and manage binding documents
• Reports & Administrative: maintain invoices, lost accounts, underwriter contacts, and appointment processes
• Operations: provide cross-functional support, onboarding, and IT issue resolution
