Job summary

HUB International Limited in Puerto Rico seeks a Client Executive to manage renewals and client service in the Specialty Lines team. You will coordinate with carriers, review policies, and keep clients informed throughout the renewal process.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in insurance, a Bachelor's degree, and EPIC familiarity. This hybrid role includes benefits, a 401K, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years in the insurance industry.
• Preferred EPIC experience.
• Customer-service oriented with urgency and problem solving.
• Proficient in Office 365, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewals from start to finish with accuracy.
• Maintain communications with insurance carriers.
• Coordinate with internal departments as needed.
• Review policies and request corrections if needed.
• Forward endorsements to clients promptly.
• Ensure policy delivery docs are complete.
• Ensure invoices reach clients for timely billing.
• Monitor payments and key renewal milestones.
• Handle renewal communications and updated info.
• Meet with underwriters to negotiate renewal terms.
• Prepare submissions and proposals.
• Confirm renewal instructions and binding orders.
