Job summary

HUB Puerto Rico is seeking a Client Executive Assistant to support the Account Executive in delivering top-tier service to Commercial Lines clients. You will collaborate with insurance companies to ensure timely solutions, manage renewals, and address client needs with attention to detail.

The role requires a degree, 2+ years in insurance, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; bilingual English/Spanish is essential. A Hybrid work setup and ongoing development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in the insurance industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience with EPIC software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Address client inquiries timely and maintain records in HUB PR’s Epic program.
• Assist account executive in the renewal process and liaise with insurance companies.
• Follow up on pending matters with insurers and manage correspondence.
• Check issued policies for accuracy and assist with certificates of insurance.
