Qualifications

• Detail oriented with good mathematical and communication skills.
• Ability to understand, analyze, and research different lines of insurance.
• Good typing skills and computer literacy.
• Ability to work within designated time frames.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of high-net-worth & Platinum-level personal lines clients, serving as primary point of contact for complex insurance needs.
• Lead renewal strategies, including carrier negotiations, coverage analysis, and premium optimization.
• Ensure exceptional client service delivery and retention through proactive communication and strategic account management.
• Conduct risk assessments and annual reviews, prepare proposals and policy summaries.
• Collaborate with carrier partners to secure coverage terms and resolve underwriting issues.
• Maintain knowledge of high-net-worth marketplace trends and carrier appetites.
• Mentor junior Account Executives and Assistant Account Executives.
• Develop and execute new business strategies to expand client base.
• Experience with HNW carriers Chubb, Pure, Cincinnati, Berkley One and AIG/PCS.
