Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5–7 years of progressive credit analysis experience, with exposure to specialty lending.
• Advanced proficiency in commercial financial statement analysis and cash flow modeling.
• Familiarity with asset-based lending concepts and non-traditional collateral.
• Understanding of litigation finance fundamentals and leveraged financing principles.
• Independent judgment to evaluate complex credit structures and manage high-volume workload.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for presenting analyses to committees.

Aufgaben

• Independently analyze and underwrite complex lending transactions across specialty sectors.
• Evaluate non-traditional collateral and repayment structures for asset-based lending facilities.
• Build and monitor borrowing base calculations, advance rates, and collateral eligibility.
• Assess litigation finance risk, including case merits and jurisdictional considerations.
• Evaluate sponsor experience, loan-to-value metrics, and exit strategies.
• Prepare detailed credit presentations for senior management and loan committees.
• Mentor junior analysts and share underwriting best practices.
• Monitor market, legal, and regulatory developments affecting specialty lending.
