Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Talent Acquisition for a remote opportunity. You will partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to shape recruiting strategy, identify candidates, assess fit, and guide offers through closing.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and extensive full-cycle recruiting experience, with proficiency in candidate data management, compliance, and a high-touch candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior related experience in Full Cycle recruiting with active sourcing or Graduate Degree or equivalent with 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate and hiring manager through all stages of the recruiting lifecycle

• Demonstrate uncompromising ethical standards, integrity and respect
• Maintain composure under pressure and deadlines
• Operate with a high sense of urgency (action-oriented)

Job Description:

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $88,000-$164,000. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $105,500-$196,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
