L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition to partner with hiring managers and HR to drive full‑cycle recruiting and offers across the organization. This remote role requires an ability to manage candidate pipelines, assess fit, and ensure a compliant, high‑touch experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree (or higher) with 6+ years in full-cycle recruiting; 10+ years if no degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, or 4 years with a graduate degree.
• In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of related recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection, compensation recommendations, and offer extensions.
• Provide high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience through all stages of the recruiting lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System with compliance to TA processes.
• Demonstrate ethical standards, integrity and respect.
• Maintain composure under pressure and deadlines.
• Operate with a high sense of urgency and action orientation.

Job Description

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on all aspects of the talent acquisition process to include recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection, compensation recommendations, offer extension and more
• Provide efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate and hiring manager through all stages of the recruiting lifecycle
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System with adherence to compliance and talent acquisition processes
• Demonstrate uncompromising ethical standards, integrity and respect
• Maintain composure under pressure and deadlines
• Operate with a high sense of urgency (action-oriented)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience in Full Cycle recruiting with active sourcing or Graduate Degree or equivalent with 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience is required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Previous experience in agency and/or corporate recruiting
• Progressive knowledge and expertise in sourcing methodologies, candidate assessment/interviewing, selection of talent, and closing strategies (negotiations, etc.)

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $88,000-$164,000. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $76,500-$141,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
