Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a product manager to identify opportunities using the Intelligence Platform, customer insights, and market trends across Nasdaq. You will conduct customer conversations to understand pain points and translate feedback into hypotheses and experiments for validation.

You will develop lightweight prototypes with AI-assisted tools, participate in demonstrations, and define success metrics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into scalable

• Experience in product management, strategy, or related field within fintech, capital markets, enterprise software, data products, or similar.
• Ability to assess market opportunities and translate customer needs into product concepts.

Job description

• Participate in customer demonstrations and feedback sessions
• Define success metrics for experiments and analyze results
• Contribute to pricing, packaging, and go-to-market recommendations
• Document findings, learnings, recommendations, roadmap decisions, and customer insights
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate validated concepts into scalable solutions
• Support roadmap planning, solution positioning, and delivery of platform capabilities with PS&E, pre-sales, and client stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience in product management, product strategy, innovation, or a related discipline within fintech, capital markets, enterprise software, data products, or a similar industry
• Demonstrated ability to assess market opportunities and translate customer needs into product concepts
• Strong customer discovery and communication skills, with the ability to conduct effective interviews and synthesize insights
• Experience working in ambiguous environments and bringing structure to complex problems
• Familiarity with prototyping, experimentation, and validating product concepts through customer feedback
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data and evidence to support decisions
• Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience communicating product strategy and recommendations through business cases, roadmap discussions, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field
• 4+ years of relevant experience in product management, innovation, strategy, fintech, or technology
• Experience working with data platforms, AI-enabled products, market intelligence, or capital markets technology
• Basic coding or prototyping experience using modern development tools and frameworks
