Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned technology leader to define and oversee the long-term strategy for the Alternatives & Private Markets platform ecosystem in the United States. You will own end-to-end delivery across private markets platforms, driving modernization, cloud adoption, and architecture simplification.

You will partner with business and client leadership to align technology priorities with business outcomes, establish governance and metrics, and lead a global team through large-scale

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
Deep experience within Asset Management, Asset Servicing, Alternative Investments, Private Markets, Capital Markets, or Financial Services.
Proven track record leading large technology transformation and modernization programs.
Experience managing global teams and complex stakeholder environments.
Strong knowledge of software engineering, application architecture, cloud technologies, platform modernization, and operational resilience.
Demonstrated success delivering mission-critical platforms supporting front, middle, or back-office investment operations.
Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience supporting Alternative Investment products or Fund Administration platforms.
Experience leading cloud migration and application modernization initiatives.
Knowledge of investment operations, transaction management, reconciliation, fund accounting, investor services, reporting, and regulatory obligations.
Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Improve resiliency, availability, scalability, and performance of critical business platforms

Requirements

15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including executive leadership of large-scale engineering organizations
Deep experience within Asset Management, Asset Servicing, Alternative Investments, Private Markets, Capital Markets, or Financial Services
Proven track record leading large technology transformation and modernization programs
Experience managing global teams and complex stakeholder environments
Strong knowledge of software engineering, application architecture, cloud technologies, platform modernization, and operational resilience
