Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Product leader to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for experimentation, feature management, and platform analytics. You will partner across product, engineering, research, data, and design to build reusable platform capabilities and drive adoption of measurement and analytics tools.

You will translate complex workflows into durable investments and clear roadmaps. You will balance speed with reliability and safety, navigate ambiguity, and guide stakeholders

Job description

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for experimentation, feature management, dynamic configuration, rollout safety, and analytics
• Partner with product, engineering, research, data, design, and infrastructure leaders to turn recurring launch and measurement needs into reusable platform capabilities
• Develop a deep understanding of workflows across ChatGPT, Codex, model measurement, monetization, subscriptions, and developer products
• Establish clear priorities across competing needs
• Drive adoption by making experimentation and analytics capabilities intuitive, trustworthy, and easy to integrate into product development
• Establish goals, success metrics, planning mechanisms, and operating cadences
• Balance speed and product quality with reliability, correctness, developer experience, performance, and safety

Requirements

• Strong product judgment, technical fluency, and deep analytical thinking
• Experience leading product strategy for technical, data-intensive, or platform products serving many internal or external customers
• Strong product sense and ability to translate ambiguous workflows into a clear strategy, roadmap, and durable product investments
• Technical fluency across experimentation, analytics, data platforms, APIs, developer tools, or adjacent infrastructure
• Track record of influencing senior product, engineering, research, data, and infrastructure partners without direct authority
• Ability to use qualitative customer insight and quantitative evidence to set priorities and evaluate product impact
• Comfort operating through high ambiguity, rapid growth, organizational change, and evolving customer needs
• Experience with experimentation platforms, feature flagging, product analytics, growth systems, or data products is helpful but not required
• Ability to work from the US office three days per week
• Authorization to work in the country where the job is located
