Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Product Manager in New York to reimagine operational processes using agentic automation and Claude-based workflows, driving speed, transparency, and accuracy.

You will lead cross-functional teams, translate business strategy into consumer-facing digital products, own end-to-end execution in a fast-moving tech environment, and mentor a diverse group of engineers, designers, and data scientists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating strategy into consumer-facing digital products.
• Recent experience owning end-to-end strategy and execution in a fast-moving technology company.
• Experience with Claude and agentic software development frameworks.
• Strong analytical acumen.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a team.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Reimagine operational processes and leverage agentic automation, money movement, and messaging to unlock self-servicing, speed, transparency, and accuracy
• Empower frontline and back-office associates to focus on high-value decisions

• Lead the AI Understand roadmap and assess emerging generative and agentic technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• At least 5 years of Product Management experience
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
• Recent, hands-on experience owning end-to-end strategy and execution within a fast-moving technology corporation
• Experience with Claude and agentic software/product development frameworks
• Strong analytical acumen
• At least 2 years of experience managing a team
• Must not require new employment authorization sponsorship from Capital One
