Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking a Specialist – Product Engineering (Java FSD) to drive backend and frontend development in a modern, scalable architecture. You will design, implement, and optimize Java Spring Boot microservices with Kafka, REST APIs, and data stores across relational and NoSQL databases.

You will collaborate with product teams, analysts and designers to deliver high-quality, secure solutions, while applying CI/CD and DevOps practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10 years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Core Java Spring Boot Microservices.
• Mandatory Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.
• Experience with REST APIs messaging and event driven architecture.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database design.
• Frontend experience with ReactJS or Angular (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3).
• Experience with Git, Maven, Gradle, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Payments or Capital Markets.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker and containerized deployments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.

Senior Java Full Stack Developer with 10 years of experience with strong expertise in Java Spring Boot Microservices and Apache Kafka. The role is primarily focused on backend development and requires hands on experience in designing scalable event driven applications while contributing to modern frontend development.
