Job summary

Job Description: Full Stack Lead Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in backend development (Node.js) and solid experience in React‑based frontend applications. The role requires deep capabilities in API design, database engineering, and CI/CD pipelines, along with working knowledge of Python for building scalable solutions. Minimum experience: 6 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable, secure and high‑performance backend systems and APIs using Node.js
• Build and integrate frontend components using React.js to deliver responsive and user‑centric interfaces
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs ensuring production‑grade scalability and reliability
• Contribute to system architecture, microservices design and performance optimization initiatives
• Drive CI/CD implementation, build pipelines and automated deployments
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design, indexing, performance tuning and high‑availability setup
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, functional testing and best practices adherence
• Participate across the entire SDLC from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver high‑quality solutions
• Provide support for production systems including root‑cause analysis and performance improvements
• Leverage Python (basic to intermediate level) for backend services, scripting or integrations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 6–8 years of experience in full‑stack backend development

Strong Expertise

• Node.js, Express.js or similar frameworks
• RESTful API design and development
• React.js frontend development

Solid Understanding

• CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Working knowledge of Python FastAPI or similar frameworks (a plus)
• Experience with containerization technologies Docker, Kubernetes
• Familiarity with cloud platforms Azure, GCP
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices
