Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or related field.
• 10+ years' commercial banking / lending experience.
• Commercial banking / asset-based lending / automotive experience.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of bank policies, procedures and risk.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Special Credits Officers and present recommendations to management.
• Interface with borrowers, financial advisors, and counsel to optimize credit repayment.
• Demonstrate expertise in workout processes, engagement, negotiation, and reporting.
• Own credit surveillance, reserving, charge-off analysis, and forecasting for NPLs and recoveries.
• Mentor and develop team, ensure timely submission of credit packages.
