Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or finance required.
• 3 years of experience in commercial real estate lending or 5 years in other banking/finance.
• Thorough understanding of multifamily real estate valuations and cash flow analysis.
• Strong financial analysis skills including evaluating cash flows and property valuations.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume, collaborative environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, and manage credit analysis tasks.
• Familiarity with regional commercial real estate markets and municipal regulations.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to adapt to proprietary systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee credit analysis and risk evaluation for loans under Credit Risk Policies.
• Evaluate and manage risks in each transaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders including sales, processing, closing, and legal.
• Apply policies, standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements to credit analysis activities.
• Use data analysis to interpret results and provide insights to management.
• Serve as a technical expert addressing inquiries and system-related issues in credit risk tools.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance decision-making.
