JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Special Credits Director to lead a team managing stressed and distressed credits within Commercial Solutions. You will guide decision-making on repayments, collateral, and restructurings while aligning with OCC guidelines and bank policies.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, portfolio quality improvement, and collaboration across the organization to maximize recovery on automotive dealership loans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or related field.
• 10+ years' commercial banking / lending experience including extensive commercial credit experience.
• Experience in asset-based lending and automotive captive environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Special Credits Officers and present recommendations to senior management.
• Interface with banking teams, borrowers, advisors, and outside counsel to resolve credit exposure.
• Demonstrate expertise in workout processes, client engagement, negotiation strategies, and reporting per bank policies and OCC requirements.
