Qualifications

8+ years of experience in corporate finance, credit and leveraged finance.
Experience in a workout / restructuring role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to lead lender groups and negotiate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead credit decision-making in live stressed/distressed situations as part of a lender group.
Collaborate with deal teams on distressed originations and restructurings.
Review complex legal, financial and jurisdictional issues to improve credit structures.
Coordinate with internal constituencies including Credit Risk, Legal and Capital Markets.
Engage external lenders, company management, advisors, and outside counsel to implement solutions.
Monitor distressed portfolio performance and prepare updates for senior management.
