• Experience managing a complex commercial client portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of highly complex accounts for senior leadership.
• Interact with clients, outside counsel, and consultants in negotiations and reviews.
• Analyze industries and peers to identify drivers affecting credit reports.
• Oversee credit transactions from approval to system entry and processing.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate loan documents, forbearance, guarantees, and security.
• Monitor collateral, covenants, and ongoing business performance.
