Qualifications

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
Eight or more years of credit experience in commercial banking or finance, or an advanced degree with five+ years of related experience.
Strong credit and risk analysis skills with professional presence and communication.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of highly complex accounts within Special Assets, under supervision of the Director and Workout Officers.
Interact with difficult credit relationships and external counsel as needed.
Prepare, review, and negotiate loan documents, forbearance agreements, and security documents.
