Körber Pharma in Fargo seeks a seasoned specialist to be the first line of contact for internal customers, delivering advanced spare parts support and technical consulting on high-tech equipment.

You will prepare quotations, initiate orders, and monitor delivery while aligning with SLAs and global procurement. Strong CRM skills and pharma packaging experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing and automation.
• Experience in packaging and pharmaceutical environments.
• Salesforce or CRM experience required.
• Excellent customer service and technical support skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for internal customers, providing advanced spare parts support.
• Advise on spare parts topics, retrofits, maintenance and training.
• Prepare customer-specific spare parts recommendations.
• Create quotations including assembly time for inquiries.
• Initiate orders and track through delivery and shipping.
• Manage parts within SLAs and assemble parts for projects.
• Support global parts procurement and CRM documentation.
