Job summary

Lanteris Space Systems is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead spacecraft programs from design to delivery in collaboration with NASA and internal teams. Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; master's may count as 2 years of experience.
• Minimum 10 years of program management experience.
• Experience with technical, financial, and contractual performance.
• Knowledge of FAR, NFS, and government contracting practices.
• Ability to build trusted customer relationships.
• Ability to travel 10-15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of spacecraft program to meet technical, cost, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Drive program performance through disciplined risk management and issue resolution.
• Provide leadership across matrixed teams including Engineering, Factory Operations, Finance, Contracts, Supply Chain, Quality, and Business Development.
• Manage program technical baseline and contractual requirements to satisfy obligations.
• Create and manage risk management plans executable by the factory with mitigation plans.
• Maintain professional, ethical dealings with the customer as the primary focal point.
• Own financial performance including revenue forecasting, funding, EACs, resource planning, and profitability.
• Collaborate with Finance to develop annual operating plans and mitigation strategies for cost and schedule risks.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide executive leaders with health, status, and risk assessments.
• Balance customer objectives with sound business practices for long-term value.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, NFS, and company policies; manage reports and contract actions.
