Lanteris Space Systems is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead spacecraft programs from design to delivery, partnering with NASA and internal teams to meet customer requirements and maintain financial health.

Expect responsibility for risk management, baseline technical and contractual compliance, and performance reporting. Opportunity to grow into Advanced Program Manager roles as the business expands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred where applicable.
• Experience managing large-scale engineering/manufacturing programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of spacecraft programs ensuring technical, cost, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Drive performance via disciplined risk management and issue resolution.
• Provide leadership across matrixed teams (Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Supply Chain, etc.).
• Ensure contractual obligations are satisfied and manage baseline requirements.
• Develop and execute risk management plans with clear ownership.
• Serve as primary customer focal point, maintaining integrity and ethics.
• Own program financials, including forecasting, funding, EACs, and profitability.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide timely executive updates.
• Collaborate with Contracts, Legal, and Finance on obligations and risk.
