Job summary

Lanteris Space Systems in Palo Alto, CA seeks an experienced program manager to lead spacecraft programs, partnering with NASA and internal teams to design, build, test, and deliver spacecraft that meet customer requirements.

As the company grows, opportunities exist to become Advanced Program Manager for strategic new business. Candidates should have strong program execution, government contracting, and customer relationship skills.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with engineering or related degree.
• 10+ years in program management of large-scale engineering/manufacturing programs.
• FAR/NFS knowledge and government contracting experience.
• Ability to travel ~10–15% for customer, supplier, or business meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead spacecraft program execution to achieve technical, cost, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Drive performance via risk management and issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Own financials: forecasting, funding, EACs, staffing, and profitability.
• Ensure FAR/NFS compliance and prepare contractual reports and executive communications.
• Collaborate with Contracts, Legal, and Finance to manage obligations and risk.
