Job summary

Lanteris Space Systems is seeking a Sr. Structures Design Engineer to join our team in Palo Alto, CA. You will lead design and development of spacecraft structures and secondary supports, generating drawings and coordinating with a small design team to meet program needs.

The role requires Creo experience, MATLAB/Simulink familiarity, and strong communication skills to collaborate across disciplines. This on-site position offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace) or related field.
• 5 years of experience in CREO or CAD, with subassembly modeling and drawing generation.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop spacecraft structures and secondary supports.
• Create product specifications, interfaces, test procedures, and manufacturing processes.
• Generate drawings and models, support structure build, and manage nonconformances.
