Job summary

Infinity Systems Engineering, LLC is seeking a Senior Test and Evaluation Engineer to support STARCOM TES at Schriever SFB in Colorado Springs, CO. You will plan, execute, and analyze space system tests, integrating M&S and HWIL methodologies to meet test objectives.

The role requires 5+ years in DoD test engineering, strong scripting (Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW) skills, and a clear understanding of end-to-end acquisition lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Engineering, Math, Probability, Statistics or Science or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in Systems &/or Test Engineering for space, ground, ops, sustainment DoD.
• Clearance: Active TS/SCI with SAP eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of space systems tests and experiments.
• Design, develop, and execute advanced test/experimentation programs to assess space systems.
• Apply design of experiments to increase test efficiency and provide actionable results.
• Create/test documentation: test plans, safety reviews, data analysis and reports.
• Perform data analysis, develop go/no-go criteria, and support real-time/post-mission processing.
