Job summary

Infinity Systems Engineering in Colorado Springs, CO, is seeking a Test and Evaluation Engineer to support STARCOM TES at Schriever SFB. The role requires DoD lifecycle knowledge, space systems testing, and M&S/HWIL experience.

You will design tests, analyze data, and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in relevant DoD/test roles, with an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Engineering, Math, Probability, Statistics or Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Systems &/or Test Engineering with space, ground, ops, and sustainment segments of DoD.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility.
• Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW).

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of space systems tests & experiments.
• Design, develop, and execute advanced test programs to assess space systems.
• Apply design of experiments and statistical tools to improve test efficiency.
• Create and review test engineering documentation: plans, reports, safety briefs, data analyses.
• Analyze pre-test predictions using M&S and HWIL to design test events and data collection.
