Job summary

Infinity’s Senior Test and Evaluation Engineer will join a team supporting STARCOM TES activities at Schriever SFB, CO. The role emphasizes acquisition lifecycle experience, test planning, and execution for space systems, with emphasis on M&S and HWIL techniques to validate performance.

Successful candidates will exhibit strong skills in test automation, data analysis, and collaboration within agile and evolving environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Engineering, Math, Probability, Statistics or Science or related field; or equivalent experience.
5+ years of Systems & Test Engineering experience in space/ground/DoD sectors.
Active TS/SCI clearance (with SAP eligibility).
Experience across program lifecycles and understanding of development, operational, and integrated testing.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of space systems tests and experiments.
Design, develop, and execute advanced test programs to assess space systems.
Apply design of experiments and statistical tools to improve test efficiency and results.
Create/test documentation including test plans, safety packages, and test reports.
Perform data analysis, set up data collection, and develop go/no-go criteria.
Review system configurations to ensure DMAP data collection supports testing goals.
Set up data analysis requests, perform data quality checks, and resolve anomalies.
Run simulations to predict system effectiveness under operational conditions.
Monitor M&S data to evaluate test outcomes against specifications.
Create test reports/presentations and enhance data analysis tools.
