Job summary

Palski & Associates, Inc. in Colorado Springs is seeking a senior test engineering professional to support STARCOM Delta 12 mission at Schriever SFB. You will lead space test and evaluation activities on a small agile team, designing and executing advanced test programs and documenting results.

The role requires DoD/T&E experience, orbital mechanics knowledge, and an active TS/SCI clearance. Base salary ranges with strong bonuses based on profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations research, Engineering, Math, or Science.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 12+ years with BS or 10+ years with MS; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert senior space test and evaluation support.
• Design, develop, and execute advanced test/experimentation programs.
• Create/use test documentation: plans, safety packets, data analysis, reports.
• Lead data management and analysis plans (DMAP) for data collection.
• Plan and execute Modeling and Simulation to guide test results.
• Support live test execution and debriefs on system performance.
• Analyze pre-test predictions and develop go/no go criteria.
• Set up data analysis requests and anomaly resolution.
• Lead a team of junior to mid-level engineers.
