Job summary

Point Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Test and Evaluation Engineer to support STARCOM TES at Schriever. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.

You will plan, coordinate, and execute space systems tests, develop advanced test programs, and apply DOE techniques to improve test efficiency and data quality. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Operations Research, Engineering, Math, Probability, Statistics or Science.
• 10+ years of demonstrated Systems &/or Test Engineering experience with space, ground, operations, and sustainment segments of DoD.
• SME-level understanding of test, evaluation and experimentation with developmental, operational, and integrated test.
• Experience with modeling and simulation, laboratory testing, open-air testing, and live-fire testing.
• Ability to provide integrated engineering/analysis support for design reviews and test planning working groups.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of space systems tests & experiments.
• Design, develop, and execute advanced test/experimentation programs and processes.
• Apply design of experiments and other statistical tools to increase test efficiency and produce actionable results.
• Create/review test engineering documentation including test plans and safety packages.
• Perform data analysis and develop go/no-go criteria to meet test objectives.
• Review systems to ensure data management and analysis plans support real-time and post-mission processing.
