Job summary

Infinity Systems Engineering Llc is seeking a Test and Evaluation Engineer in Colorado Springs, CO, to support STARCOM TES at Schriever SFB. The role emphasizes acquisition lifecycle, test and evaluation phases, and M&S/HWIL integration for space systems.

Strong analytical and communication skills are required, with AGILE experience preferred. The position is full-time, based in Colorado Springs, and offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of Systems/Test Engineering experience with space/DoD domains.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility.
• Experience across test environments and test automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of space systems tests and experiments.
• Design and execute advanced test programs to assess space systems.
• Apply design of experiments and statistical methods to improve test efficiency and results.
• Create and review test documentation including plans, safety packages, and reports.
• Analyze pre-test predictions using M&S/HWIL and develop go/no-go criteria.
• Conduct data analysis, quality reviews, and anomaly resolution as per the DMAP.
• Run simulations to evaluate system effectiveness under operational conditions.
• Develop data analysis tools and present complex findings clearly.
