Job summary

E-Space is seeking a career space program scheduler to define and own the Integrated Master Schedule for a portfolio of government programs. You will set the scheduling standard, build the toolchain, establish baseline control, and support PMs and engineers to work within it, then own the IMS for the portfolio.

You will lead the MS Project template architecture, align scheduling architecture to contracts, and drive schedule risk analysis, what-if scenarios, and narrative delivery for reviews.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with extensive scheduling experience in space programs.
  • 10+ years in program scheduling, planning or project controls in space-related projects.

Responsibilities

  • Define and roll out the IMS scheduling system and standards.
  • Build MS Project template architecture, fields, reporting views, and health tooling.
  • Document baseline control, change processes, and status cycles.
  • Train Program Managers and engineers to adopt the system.
  • Own and operate the portfolio Integrated Master Schedule across programs.
  • Analyze critical path, produce schedule risk and what-if scenarios.
  • Prepare schedule narratives for PMRs, SRRs, and reviews.
  • Grow scheduling capability as the portfolio expands.
