Job summary

Northrop Grumman in the United States seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead cross‑functional Integrated Program Teams, delivering cost, schedule and technical performance for complex programs while building strong customer relationships.

You will establish an effective program organization, manage budgets and baselines, report progress to stakeholders, negotiate contracts and changes, and ensure compliance with EVMS and internal standards to drive program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing or project/technical lead role.
• 4+ years of program management or IPT lead experience.
• Proven analytical, technical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in risk and opportunity management.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with effective communication and presentation abilities.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain customer relationships to develop opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional IPTs to meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
• Measure and report program performance and deliver to stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts, changes, budgets, and schedule milestones.
• Develop and manage design concepts, SOWs, baselines, and master plans.
• Ensure compliance with EVMS and internal processes.
