Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector seeks a Sr. Staff Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to lead engineering execution across spacecraft development programs and to oversee budgets, schedules and EVMS with IPT leads and subsystem teams.

Based in Dulles, VA or McLean, VA, this 100% onsite role requires strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams, expert risk management, and collaboration with Chief Engineers, PMO, and suppliers to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher with extensive program management experience.
• Active TS/SCI or equivalent clearance is preferred.
• Experience in spacecraft product development and complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution across spacecraft development programs.
• Oversee budgets, schedules and EVMS with IPT leads and subsystems.
• Provide progress briefings to internal/external stakeholders.
