Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related STEM field with 5 years of project management experience, or a Master’s degree with 3 years of project management experience.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills in independent and team environments.
Experience leading tasks on schedule and within cost, meeting all requirements.
US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Lead all phases of the program life cycle from inception to closeout, managing cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Cultivate customer relationships and opportunities within the customer community.
Lead cross-functional IPTs to meet program objectives and report performance.
Participate in contract negotiations, budgets, and change control processes.
Develop and manage program plans, baselines, and risk management.
