Job summary

Lucix Corporation, a subsidiary of HEICO, seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead space programs and guide the IPT to meet technical, cost, and schedule requirements. You will collaborate across engineering, operations, quality, and finance to ensure program success in a fast-paced defense-focused environment.

Responsibilities include managing cost, schedule, and technical performance, engaging customers, and developing plans and budgets from proposal through delivery, with regular EVMS reporting

Qualifications

• Experience leading space/defense programs.
• EVMS experience and cost/schedule control.
• IPT coordination across engineering, operations, quality and finance.
• Customer engagement and communication throughout program execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage program cost, schedule and technical performance per budget and customer requirements.
• Lead IPT via matrix management across Engineering, Operations, Quality and Finance.
• Engage with customers and communicate program status and results.
• Develop program and risk plans across the lifecycle from proposal to delivery.
• Create WBS with Engineering/Operations and establish timelines.
• Develop program budgets (labor, materials, ODC) aligned to WBS.
• Provide EVMS updates and coordinate with program finance.
• Prepare and present design reviews and contractual deliverables.
• Set program priorities with Lucix management and lead executive reviews.
• Support bids and proposals with management cost estimates.
