Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Programs Director to lead the Space Payloads Operating Unit within NGMS/MNX. You will guide cross-functional teams to deliver programs from early development through sustainment in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 12+ years in program management or a Master’s with 10+ years, with space-domain leadership, P&L ownership, and strong executive briefing skills. US citizenship and TS/SCI clearance with up to 25% travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of program management experience, or a Master’s with 10+ years.
• Profit & Loss experience with an integrated program team.
• Proposal leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a matrix environment.
• Experience leading Space domain programs.
• Ability to develop and drive strategy, and resolve complex problems.
• Experience briefing senior executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• US citizen with an Active TS/SCI clearance.
